Blastr Green Steel has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Lutelandet Offshore Site & Drydock and Htwo-Fuel to explore Lutelandet on the west coast of Norway as an alternative location for Blastr’s pellet plant, supplying feedstock to its ultra-low CO2 steel plant being developed in Inkoo, Finland.
