Outokumpu supports its customers’ green transition with verified environmental data – new stainless steel environmental product declarations published with lower carbon footprint.
Alleima, one of the world leaders in stainless steel and special alloys, has decided to calculate and present the carbon emissions data of their final products.
Alleima will be one of the first companies to implement Life Cycle Assessment for rock drill steel products for the mining industry. As a start, Alleima will release carbon footprint data for its rock drill steel products and to its customer Sandvik Rock Tools.
