    Green hydrogen is the key to further development of producing green steel. The current rapid development of green hydrogen production as a clean source of energy will allow the steel industry to take major steps in creating a future for emissions free steel. Large scale electrolyses from clean power sources will be needed however to enable the further development of green steel production in the coming decades.     The Swedish green impact company H2 Green Steel (H2GS) and Iberdrola, a world-leading renewable energy company with global headquarters in Spain, have announced a partnership to build a 1GW plant to produce Green Hydrogen.
